Requirements:	Age: 40 years or less. Qualifications: Minimum Graduate, preferably in Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or in Management. Must be computer literate and conversant with computer office applications. Desirable Qualification: MBA/ ACII or equivalent qualification in addition to being Graduate. Experience: Minimum 3 years in Marketing Management. Job Profile: To create and develop the Marketing team for the Life Insurance business. Remuneration: Combination of fixed and variable incentive linked to performance. In the first year one will be on an annual contract which will be reviewed for regularization based on performance and conduct.
