Summary:	A leading Medical technical support organization is looking for competent driven individuals to fill the following position
Description:	Key Responsibilities Provide mentorship and training to nurses at the local LPTF’S to ensure each site establishes effective clinical task shifting. Support task shifting at the care and treatment sites Utilize programmatic data to address programmatic deficiencies in patient outcomes at site level Liaise with the PASCO and participants of the organization’s partner sites in local and regional activities and the Ministries of Public Health and Medical Services officials to ensure national policies are implemented at partner sites Representation of the organization at a regional level
Requirements:	1 Post based in Western Kenya Qualifications A registered nurse Training experience required. Current clinical practice as a nurse At least 3 years of recent experience in the care of patients affected by HIV/AIDS. Job knowledge Understanding of administrative policies and procedures, Understanding of nurse role in chronic patient care.
