Description: | Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of secondary education activities in Dadaab refugee camps in collaboration with education staff.
- Provide adequate and timely technical guidance, supervision, capacity building and management support to the secondary education staff.
- Promote quality secondary education for refugees.
- Promote community self-management in relation to the running of secondary schools.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in management of all school resources.
- Provide essential physical facilities and instructional materials to schools and give special attention to community secondary schools

Requirements: | Qualifications - A degree in Education with at least 4 years of proven experience in effective and efficient management of secondary education with high quality outputs.
- Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate staff and students to perform maximally and a good team-player.
- Proven knowledge of Kenya Education systems and rich networks with Key MOE officials.
- Superior writing skills, including proven ability to conceive and write grant proposals and donor reports.
- Mastery of office software (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point) required.
- Demonstrated capabilities and strategies to propel secondary schools to top national performance in curricula and co-curricular activities.
- Able and willing to live, work, travel in fast-paced and insecure environment adhering to strict security guidelines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
