Description:	Reports to; Service Supervisor Job Purpose: Ensures that all customer vehicles are fixed right the first time and achieves service throughput and revenue targets as well as customer satisfaction Principal Accountabilities: Achieve sales targets for Toyota workshop services through effectively repairing electrical defaults on customers' vehicles. Provide quality workmanship through fixing customer vehicles right the first time in order to avoid repeat jobs. Accurate and timely troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical / air-conditioner faults as per the repair orders. Accurate identification of vehicle faults, parts that need replacement and proper fitment of vehicle parts Timely and accurate communication of vehicle defects through preparation and submitting of defect reports to supervisor. Respond to and handle customer complaints promptly through addressing all repeat jobs brought to his/her attention to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, Proper management of all technical tools and equipment allocated at all times to avoid accidents and wastage. Adhere to Toyota standards by carefully handling customer vehicles and tools to avoid damages and losses.
Requirements:	Qualifications and Requirements: Motor Vehicle Technician Certificate At least two years auto electrical experience Auto electrical Trade Test Certificate A valid drivers license Interested and qualifed candidates should submit their applications with academic documents and CV with three references
