Description:	Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Area Sales Managers will be responsible for the following: Preparing and implementing appropriate budgets for the areas under their supervision Monitoring the distribution of stocks to the trade on daily basis Supervises daily market audits to check on sales performance/trends. Assisting in formulating and implementing sales strategies to meet corporate goals as well as maintain our brands visibility in the market Settling area sales targets for the area sales teams and ensuring the targets are met. Keeping abreast with the current market trends and coordinating market research Generating and submitting sales and marketing performance reports to the management on timely basis Providing leadership to the sales team and ensure proper utilization of the marketing tools and resources
Requirements:	Qualifications: Must have a B.Com Degree or Its equivalent from a reputable university Those with Post-Graduate diploma in Marketing will have an added advantage Must be computer literate Requirements Must have a 5 years relevant experience 2 of which should have been on sales and marketing supervisory level preferably FMCG Must have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills Must be honest, transparent with higher level of integrity Must be willing to work long hours with minimal or no supervision Must be aged between 30-35 years.
