Summary:	The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian non-governmental organization which provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide. NRC Kenya/Somalia Program runs education, Sheller and protection activities in Dadaab North Eastern Kenya and in three locations in Somalia. i.e. Puntland, Somaliland and South Central Somalia
Description:	Duty Station: Dadaab-Kenya, with extensive travel to project sites Reporting to: Human resource & administrative Officer Duration: February – December 2010 with possibility of extension Main Responsibilities & Tasks Ensure catering and accommodation services in NRC Dadaab meet the required standards Monitor the usage of all accommodation and kitchen supplies and facilitate preparation of documentation for replenishment Ensure efficient organization and management in the planning, preparation and delivery of meals and other food requirements in the NRC compounds Supervise and train the cooks and cleaners to ensure that adequate standards of hygiene and efficiency are adhered to Provide required progress reports relating to catering and housekeeping
