Description
- Lead and guide the international long term specialists in preparing a project management SCBP for the MOI
- Direct and participate directly in implementing the SCBP, including hands-on advice to the international long-term specialists on customised capacity building approaches and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the SCBO in each infrastructure secretariat, providing feedback and making adjustments as appropriate
- Report capacity-building activities and results to the TA team leader
- Coordinate the TA's capacity building activities with other related programs
- Other tasks as required from time to time
