Description: | Reporting to the Procurement Manager, her principal responsibilities will be to:-
- Type and dispatch correspondences.
- Receive requisitions from users for purchases of goods and services and confirm correct specifications and deliveries requested.
- Request for quotations or tenders from suppliers.
- Raise Internal Requisition Orders (IRO) and analyze quotations.
- Ensure proper and timely filing of documents in the procurement department.
- Prepare and format contracts.
- Prepare status reports for procurement proceedings.
- Prepare procurement reports.

Requirements: | Qualifications and Competence
- A Diploma in Business Management or Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply, Level IV or V (CIPS).
- University degree is an added advantage
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Leadership, good communicator and a team player.
- High integrity, Customer Focus, self discipline, Creative and Innovative.
