Description:	The Finance Manager will report to the General Manager and will have responsibility of supervising the Accounts, inventory and Procurement staff, The purpose of the job is to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, internal control, and staff management and undertake general responsibilities in the organisation.
Requirements:	The suitable candidate should meet the following requirements: B.COM (Accounting) or BBA (Accounting) Having ACCA or CPA qualification will be an added advantage. Not less than 5 years experience (hands on) in a busy and challenging environment, preferably in a production environment Computer skills in the use of accounting packages especially Pastel and Excel. The suitable candidate should have the following dispositions: Good communicator Experienced delegator Ability to lead an inexperienced accounts team Flair for attention to detail.
