Summary:	Position: Equity Analyst Division/ Department: Research Reports to: Chief Investment Officer Purpose of the position To provide research, strategy and other input in managing Domestic Equities and Equity Funds within set parameters and guidelines in order to meet defined performance objective benchmarks. Description:	Key Result Areas: Prepare monthly Equity House view report and present it to the investment committee for review. Come up with dynamic Equity strategies. Monitor implementation of strategies as per Investment committee recommendations. Substantial involvement in Dealing and auxiliary Portfolio Management functions within equity funds. Analysis and recommendation of various Equity investment opportunities available within East Africa. OldMutual
Requirements:	Knowledge, skills and abilities: Bachelor of Commerce degree, professional qualification in investment ,CFA will be an added advantage At least 3 years relevant experience Skilled in both Fixed Income and Equity Markets functions and dealing. Effective deal making and closure ability. Good networking in the investment Industry. Excellent excel skills including financial modelling.
