Summary:	The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian non-governmental organization which provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide. NRC Kenya/Somalia Program runs education, Sheller and protection activities in Dadaab North Eastern Kenya and in three locations in Somalia. i.e. Puntland, Somaliland and South Central Somalia.
Description:	Duty Station: Dadaab-Kenya, with extensive travel to project sites Reporting to: Finance Coordinator Duration: February – December 2010 with possibility of extension Main Responsibilities & Tasks Handle petty cash and record all movements of cash into cash record form Verification of supporting documents and preparation of payment vouchers Do end of month reconciliation of Dadaab bank accounts and cashboxes Accurate maintenance of all NRC financial/accounting papers and transactions Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing of financial documents
