POST:Human Resource & Administration Manager

Description: Reporting to the General Manager, the officer will be responsible for the effective management, coordination, and administration of all HR functions and improvement of HR strategies and policies to ensure peaceful industrial relations and enhanced productivity.

The officer will also ensure efficient and effective office and logistics management.
Requirements:
Qualifications and experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in human resources management
  • At least 3 years working experience in a service utility firm in a HR function.
  • Membership to a relevant human resource professional body
  • Good public relations, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A working experience in Kenya labour laws, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and keep a breast in emerging trends in HRM.
  • Excellent computer skills
