Summary: | Meru Water and Sewerage Services | ||||||
Description: | Reporting to the General Manager, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for the planning and coordination of procurement activities including ordering, delivery, storage and timely distribution of goods and services to end users. The officer will be responsible for the development/improvement of procurement strategies, policies and procedures to comply with the Public Procurement and disposal Act 2005(PPDA), Regulations (PPDR) 2006, PPOA guidelines, standard procurement manual, approved tender documents specifications and requirements. The officer will provide procurement technical advice to the trust and secretarial services to the Tender Committee | ||||||
