POST:Training Coordinator Assistant

Description:
Scope of responsibilities:
  • Must be a Somali speaking and willing to go to the field
  • Assist the Training Coordinator on planning and preparing training in Nairobi.
  • Giving support to the project team in Nairobi who is following up training in the field.
  • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Recruitment criteria:
  • Preferably medical or paramedical training
  • Preferably Formal education in training science (pedagogy / Training of Trainers (ToT)
  • At least 1 years teaching experience in developing countries, preferably in Africa
  • Good knowledge of MSF is desirable
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Able to advice and train MSF expatriates and national staff working in the field.
  • Able to pro-actively advise projects on training issues.
  • Open attitude and service oriented.
  • Able to travel to the projects when requested
Personal qualities:
  • Good team player with leadership ability.
  • High level of dynamism, autonomy, accuracy and anticipation.
  • Mature, open-minded person with good organization, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Diplomatic, service and solution oriented
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
