Summary:	A leading Medical technical support organization is looking for competent driven individuals to fill the following position
Description:	Key functions This is primarily a training position with particular emphasis on developing and implementing an effective practical nurses mentorship program that addresses emerging practice needs including but not limited to task shifting. Analyze programmatic data and develop interventions to address deficiencies in quality of patient care and patient outcome for a multi regional care and treatment program. Prepares, update and disseminate through a variety of forums clinical protocol and educational materials. Utilize programmatic data to address site-level patient outcomes Supervise and support regional nurses in achieving program goals including measurable improvement of facility based nurse clinical practice Representation of the organization in various technical forums
Requirements:	Qualifications Higher Nursing degree: BSN preferred. Training experience required. Current clinical practice as a nurse At least 3 years of recent experience in the care of patients affected by HIV/AIDS. Job knowledge Understanding of administrative policies and procedures Understanding of adult training methodologies. Understanding of nurse role in chronic patient care. Task shifting strategies.
